Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. No returns on custom products (Engraved Initials). No returns on any skin product that has had the back adhesive cover removed. The wood skin must be in sellable condition to be eligible for a return.

Yes, all interior products are removable.

Centrale Console
Non-permanent, our console covers can be attached and removed in minutes. Installation is easy with our non-toxic 3M glue. To remove, simply pull off and use an alcohol wipe to remove any residue.

Dashboard
Non-permanent, our dashboard covers are secured in place with a clipping system.

When purchased together with the Hills Dashboard Cover, personalized engraving is available to feature custom initials on the passenger side of the dashboard.

Hills Wireless Charger

Yes, both front USB ports must be attached to this device. We have included 2 USB splitters to support Dashcam and USB audio compatibility, as well as the ability to charge a device via a standard USB port.


For standard cable charging, you have three options: the 12V Power Outlet in the center console, the 2 rear USB ports, or you can operate the Wireless Charger with a USB splitter and charge through the additional USB port.

No. We have designed this device to turn on and off with your car.

The LED lights indicate if your device is recognized by our charger and charging. If the LED lights are blinking, your device is unrecognized and should be removed from the charger.


If you have an iPhone 8 and don't have a case on your phone, we suggest placing the spacer on your charging pad.

While all wireless enabled phones can charge with our charger, particularly large and hefty cases can make it difficult to close the lid on the center console.

First, push to open the top center console, then pull back the center cover in front of the cup holders. Remove the black protection piece covering the charging ports by sliding it slightly to the left. Then, remove the preinstalled pad and the charging cables by unplugging them from the ports and stringing them through the holes in the frame.

Next, grab your new Wireless Charger and feed the integrated cables through the holes in the frame and plug them into the ports. Place the charger on the frame and return the black protection piece back to the base of the console.
