Return Policy

At Hills, we practice a 30 days return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product needs to be in perfect conditions, which means your item must be unused and in the original packaging, which needs to be proven by providing a picture of the item. Also, the adhesive tape must have its protective film untouched on the back of the product. Please have in mind, we don't cover the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Return Shipping Costs
We'll provide you a return shipping label, however we don't cover the return shipping costs. These costs will deducted from the refund.

  • All other products: 20$
  • Dashboards: 50$

To start the return process, please email us at support@hillsmade.com or use the Live Chat. 

Once we receive the returned product, we'll analyze if the product is in sellable condition. If so, we will automatically refund you and notify you. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.Disclosure: Discounted items are non-refundable.

If you received a defective/damaged product or you'd like to exchange your product, please send us an email at support@hillsmade.com or use the Live Chat. Once a replacement product is ordered, it is no longer possible to return an order.
